General terms and conditions of sale (GTC)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of personalized phone cases made by the sole proprietorship Liora – Kevin Connan.

2. Products

The cases offered are custom-made products , produced on demandusing the image provided by the customer.
Each case is custom-made using low-temperature 3D sublimation.

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros including VAT.
VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the CGI).
Delivery charges are displayed during the ordering process.

4. Order

Any order validated on the site constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are secured via Shopify Payments.

6. Manufacturing and delivery times

  • Custom manufacturing: 24 to 72 hours
  • Delivery: depending on the chosen carrier
    Delivery times may vary during periods of high activity.

7. Right of withdrawal

No right of withdrawal applies.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, products personalized at the customer's request cannot be returned or refunded.

8. Return – exchange – defect

In case of:

  • model error,
  • manufacturing defect
  • of product received damaged

The customer has 48 hours to contact: contact@perliora.frwith supporting photos.
A new case will be sent free of charge.

9. Delivery

Liora is not responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by the carrier.
In the event of a lost package, an investigation will be opened.

10. Personal Data

Customer data is used solely for order processing.
(Shopify Privacy Policy).

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

How do I customize my phone case?

Choose your phone model, import your favorite photo or image directly from the product page, then import it via the designated button.

What is the manufacturing and delivery timeframe?

Each case is customized on demand in our workshops.
The average lead time is 2 to 5 working days for manufacturing , then 48 to 72 hours for delivery depending on the carrier chosen.

Can I return my personalized phone case?

Personalized products cannot be returned, in accordance with Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code.

However, if your case has a defect or a printing error , contact us within 48 hours of receipt: we will offer you an exchange or a replacement .

Where are you based?

Liora is a French company based in Corsica.
All customizations are done locally with care.
